EMDR

EMDR, which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a non-invasive, extensively researched, and effective form of treatment for trauma. EMDR occurs over eight phases; however, more than one session may be necessary during some phases. EMDR allows for the reprocessing of traumatic events using bilateral brain stimulation.

For more information on EMDR visit EMDRIA.
